If a member is harassing you or behaving inappropriately, block and report them first — that is the fastest way to stop contact. Then email us with their profile ID and what happened, and we will look into it.
Trouble getting into your account
If you cannot log in, use “Forgot password” on the login page to get a code by email. If you are still stuck, email us from the address on your account and we will help.
A question about Premium
For anything about a purchase, what Premium includes, or a refund, email us with the email on your account and we will sort it out.
Anything else
Feedback, a question, or something that went wrong — we read every message and we want the platform to work for you.

- ✓Email us from the address on your account, if you can.
- ✓Include your profile ID (for example, “Sister 412”) if your question is about your account.
- ✓For a report about another member, add their profile ID and what happened.
